I’m feeling incredibly fulfilled with where I am on my life’s journey right now. I can’t even imagine what possibilities lie ahead.

A few weeks ago, I applied for a job through Yoga Trade in Sri Lanka. The resort looked amazing, and the opportunity instantly sparked my interest. Being in a warm climate right by the ocean, which I’ve missed and love so much, felt perfect.

However, two weeks went by without a response.

During my time in Mancora on my off weeks, a teacher I work with in Peru, Tiana, mentioned applying for a position in France. She missed it dearly and shared a valuable tip: when applying through Yoga Trade, she also sends an email directly to the company using the link provided on their website. This caught my attention, as she explained that with so many applicants on Yoga Trade, it’s often an extra step for companies to log in and sift through all the applications.

I knew immediately that I needed to email the Sri Lanka position again. Within a day, I received a response showing interest and offering interview dates!

The interview came, and I spoke with the founder. He loved my energy and mentioned that while he’s done many interviews, he truly connected with my warmth. He hired me on the spot, as long as I could arrive before the new year.

I originally had plans to spend New Year's with my sister and a friend in Mexico, but this was a no-brainer—I had to seize the opportunity. Interestingly, my sister was supposed to purchase the tickets the week before, but for some reason, she didn’t. It felt like everything was meant to be.

The founder also lives in London and mentioned that he has other projects on the horizon, with promising potential for me to grow within the company. He’ll mentor me, and the resort offers Ayurvedic healing modalities that I will be immersed in, expanding my knowledge and furthering my growth.

Here I am, pinching myself again—is this real? Dreams really do come true. When we step out of our own way, the universe gifts us with what we need.

I shared the news with my dad, and his response was, “That’s cool and all, but what about retirement?” I laughed out loud when I read that, thinking, “Oh Dad, so conditioned.” Fearing for future security only attracts more struggles, who knows if il even live till tomorrow.

In the past, I used to feel hurt that he couldn't be happy for me. Now, I understand that it stems from his limited perception and his own fears being projected onto me.

I’m not doing this for the money. I do it for the experience, for the connections, and for the growth. I trust the universe to lead me to my next adventure, aligned with my purpose and supported along the way. As long as I follow my heart and do what I love, I know the universe will bring abundance in time. The experience itself is already so abundant.

In the future, I plan to expand my offerings online and reach a global audience. I have a vision, a clear sense of what I desire. One day, I’ll make money in my sleep and won’t worry about retirement because I know I’m always supported—by the universe, by my angels, by my spiritual team. They’re always guiding me. I just need to continue listening—listening to my inner guidance, because that’s where the true gold lies. For now, I’m enjoying the journey, the beautiful rainbow on the path to getting there.
